The Well Being Centre brought to you by Tameside Oldham and Glossop Mind!
Topaz is a not-for-profit organisation based in Tameside, which promotes well-being through social engagement and creative opportunities. Topaz works with individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations, promoting recovery, self-management and social inclusion in partnership with other agencies and mainstream organisations.
We now have a dedicated movement/art studio, together with our traditional counselling service, our one to one service and a vegetarian/good mood food café with internet facilities. We offer a huge, exciting range of services and activities to the local community of Tameside and Glossop, from art to yoga and all things in between.
Our Centre
The centre is also a working environment, encouraging people to get involved as volunteers, working in the café, sharing their expertise in many subjects and activities, helping people with the internet, and perhaps working in the kitchen, gaining qualifications along the way.
